Medicare/Medi-Cal news updates, birthday and holiday greetings, clinic closure dates,
and enrollment period reminders.
Offering contracted providers protection from unpredictable events through medical
malpractice insurance -providers receive discounted rates available exclusively
through SynerMed Insurance Services.
Ensuring full and strict adherence to HIPAA and CMS rules and regulations; full
and strict adherence to Federal and State guidelines; and disenrollment follow-up.
For Patients: Each patient receives plan guidance based on their
location, preferences and specific health care needs from a personal health care
assistant. SynerMed Insurance Services also offers patients a Membership Passport™,
which provides efficient access to a large network of providers, easy access to
plan benefits, assistance coordinating transportation to medical appointments and
appointment reminders. Other patient benefits include: access to multi-lingual providers
and customer service staff; access to benefits that may provide cost savings; and
